How to make a heart shaped bas relief and lithophane

In PhotoToMesh V7 you can create flat extruded shapes from profiles. One of the profiles supplied (though you can make your own with any CAD program which can create DXFs) is the heart shape. So run PhotoToMesh load your photo and select Flat Shape in Solid Shape combo:

Then in "Other settings" select the heart shape:

You may want to adjust vignette settings and image placement as well. If you want to back-light the heart and use it as a lithophane remember to click on Invert Mesh in the middle of the dialog above.
