How to make a DXF file from a .Pts file of points Simply open the file, or drag it into the main window and set the options for .PTS. You can then view the file, change the DXF layers and colors and text heights etc., and then save it as a DXF file. An example of the options dialog for a PTS file (which often come from Trimble instruments) is shown below: Before exporting to DXF you can zoom in and out of the point list to look at graphical and textual details: Try the program by downloading the demo:
