Double click on a dimension in a sketch to change the value of that dimension.
To see the name of the dimension change the document settings as follows:
Select Display As Expression in the radio buttons. Then you'll get "d0=45" rather than just "45". Not only but you can also change the name of the parameter, for example from "d0" to "DiamTube".
