Units when programming Inventor, internal units.

Whatever units the user chooses to use (Inches or mm or feet or cm etc) internally Inventor only uses one of each type.




For example, even if the user sets inches as the linear unit, intenally Inventor uses Centimeters anyway. And you, as a programmer should use Centimeters too.


This has implications for parameters, for example.


If you change an angular parameter, for example, remember to use radians, even though the user will see degrees.
